SM Transit has 30 years of hands-on experience providing public transportation services. SM Transit, headquartered in Porterville, California, is focused on not being the biggest, but the best!

SM Transit understands that in the public transportation industry safety is the top priority. SM Transit maintains a leader in the safety of all our public transportation systems, ensuring that its staff is properly screened and trained. SM Transit’s leadership is committed to the safety of its employees and the passengers of our clients.
The management team actively attends National Transit Safety and Security training classes. Our Managers and Supervisors are required to complete various training classes provided by the U.S. Department of Transportation Safety Institute and National Transit Institute.
